The Voice - The Return
We Write The News, We Don't Care If It Upsets You.

Editorial:
The Voice is back. This edition is dedicated to Mayer Lanskey who disgustingly had his head chopped off by his boss Slique a few months ago. A move that ended with the death of the former Las Vegas Don, thankfully our shores are rid of that plague now and we can all move on.

Brothers Coup Brings Bloodshed

July 28th erupted in to chaos as in house fighting in The Michigan State Mob spread to all corners of the map as other families showed their displeasure at the goings on in the Motor City.

The Anastasio brothers caused quite the stir on July 28th as the criminal underworld as a whole united to show what they thought of the coup situation in Detroit. Jasper Yunevich had been given authorisation by the family heads to set up shop in Detroit which had been left defunct since the passing of Mr Fred.

Jasper Yunevich had moved to Detroit, after the death of Don Tom Gigante, with a few surviving associates of The Gigante Crime Family and decided to make a go of things themselves. Jasper had approached current leaders from around the country in respect to setting up in Detroit, which those leaders had seemed happy to allow.

Unfortunately for the Detroit Capo it seemed those he had trusted the most were the real threat to his life. It seems the Anastasio brothers who had fled New York with Jasper and taken shelter as he had brokered deals to see them all safe, had plotted to take him out and claim the city for their own. A move which ultimately ended in all of their demise.

At 5:30PM shots were fired outside Jasper's residence in Detroit and soon after emerged that the Detroit capo's throat had been slit. Joseph Anastasio was then rumoured to have sent word to Don Tupac Amaru in Los Angeles claiming that Detroit was now in the hands of the Anastasio brothers.

Murmurs of foul play began picking up speed all around the country. The one repeatedly being heard was that as unknown shots were fired at Jasper's home, Victor Anastasio had ordered the family henchmen to find the shooter as he whisked Jasper off to safety. Once alone Joseph slit his boss' throat and quickly headed out of Detroit.

Don Tupac obviously annoyed that an authorised guy had been hit made calls out to his guys and Las Vegas' Dash Rendar to find Joseph and put him down. Dash took the call and after shooting at Joseph lost sight of the man, it is believed that he paid a visit to the priest who put him on the first freight train out of the city.

Unfortunately for Joseph the train arrived in Los Angeles and a brief fight ensued between Himself and the waiting Donald Amaru. Don Tupac had heard word of Joseph's arrival and soon after Joseph was found in a pool of blood at the hands of the LA kingpin.

The next question had to be what was to be done with Victorio Anastasio? How would he take his brothers death? Did he play any part in Jasper's death? It seems now that these questions needn't have to be answered. Victorio was considered dangerous after the death of his brother.

The fight soon reared it's head again in Detroit as Los Angeles Button Man Draco Malfoy was killed by Victorio and soon after the same fate awaited Los Angeles Capo Baker.

After a few more shots were fired in Detroit it is believed Victor Tilegio, aka Americas Dumbest Criminal, then got involved due to his close ties with the Anastasio brothers. Tilegio and the brothers had both come through the ranks of the Gigante Crime Family. Tilegio however must have been torn between his roots and his current family as he shot at Dash but then chose to jump in front of the bullet to protect his boss in what was "one of the most comical displays" Dash said he had ever seen.

Tilegio's next move however ended the war, in his wounded body and mixed up head he decided to attack Miami Capo Roberto. Dash and Roberto soon put the Las Vegas rogue down. It was this move though that prompted Junior Burke to intervene and shortly after arriving in Atlanta Victorio Anastasio was found dead as Junior moved to. "Protect my family" as he told The Voice

The Voice would like to offer our condolences to Los Angeles for their fallen associates and those in Detroit that supported Jasper. It is a shame to see a new family downed by rogues, let's hope Detroit is not to long in waiting for someone new to step up.

Chicago And New York Open Up Shop

After the most recent war left Chicago decimated and Tom Gigante's recent passing left a vacated New York City, it seems Los Angeles Don Tupac Amaru began making strides into starting a new chapter in the criminal underworld.

Vinny Gorgeous first stepped into Chicago with his Grand Avenue Crew. The Former Vircocha Capo taking strides to make the city safe from cross fires by outlawing all shooting in Chicago. The Voice will be keeping a close eye on any outbreaks of violence that go against his rules.

New York seems to have been opened up also and another former Viracocha associate Blackheart appears to have staked a claim. There has been no word on the move but Blackheart has been heard recruiting openly which makes It hard to believe he doesn't have some form of backing.

One reporter at The Voice however thinks that Blackheart's silence may be a front to a Japanese sneak attack at some point on these shores. The Voice wishes both men all the luck in their endeavours unless our reporter is right in his Japanes theory about Blackheart in which case the United States of America will crush you!!!

Las Vegas Parties Long In To The Night Following Death

The Fremont Crew leader Dick Stroker is said to have been taken ill after a party held to celebrate to death of Fremont Capo Albert Gigante.

Albert Gigante is believed to have been killed by a trained dancing bear from a travelling circus in a terrible 'accident' although rumours are rife that the circus is in fact a front often used to discard of unwanted family members around the country.

The Voice editor has been left wheelchair bound by a bad batch of LSD and although he will still be around the streets is unsure just how active the illness will allow him to be. Dash Rendar has taken on the day to day running of the family until such time as Dick is fully able to return to his post.
