THE WINTER OF DISCONTENT
By Prince Proxy

Shoulder to shoulder in the face of adversity they would stand, in eight days was the mantra of the war, the cry of the brave.

So how did this great gathering finally do it? Was it upon rain soaked hills, in windowless streets as gunshot after gunshot ricocheted, the youth of today taking on an aged prize fighter. Well in actual fact, in the end it was very easy. but we'll get to the eventual fall eventually, let's go to where it all began.

SAS never has one family been built on such treachery, the very foundations seeped in all the things wrong with this world. Junior Burke the inadequate and ever jealous little brother of the late, great James Burke one of the founding members of W.T.S that is where the story of SAS begins, Junior Burke was brought in for questioning by government officials over the most heinous of crimes known to our country, his attempts to meddle with DNA had been found, furiously he was let off his clones summarily executed but granted the chance to redeem himself, welcomed back into the fold his brother forgiving his sins and halting anyone from taking action, you'd think by that act alone loyalty would be assured, never mind that they were family, but it was not to be so.

Junior Burke left for Miami to found SAS that long lived empire of cruelty, watching from afar as one by one his former family fell, knowing that it was coming and not even lifting a telephone to inform them, this was to be the man who would bleed through the degenerates of Miami we've come to know. In the end the betrayal was rectified Junior Burke fleeing to Detroit and left a mess on the sidewalk, it was here his dark pupil Chariz was to take over the reigns.

Studiously he'd learned under Junior Burke in the ways of slithering out the barest of life's, for while SAS were under suspicion for the masses of vacant faced gangsters that took bullets for them, it was to be the shield that kept Chariz in power. Numerous families were slain as they came upon the impregnable wall of bullet takers, SAS was picked to the bare bones time and time again a families over reliance on one man to carry them through.

A unified front had never stood against them, too much squabbling, too much self interest and of course glory seeking yet let these names live on in infamy, for "Eight Days" they stood together.

Ares, Albert Fish, Alfie Solomons, Alex Savaglio, Bitti, Caitlin, Criss Cross, Damien Thorn, Derenzo, Danny Walsh, Eruzione, Ferdinand Boccia, Griff, Gustavo Fring, Harry Winston, Jack Mason, Jessica Jones, John Winston, Kanan, Louis Fratto, Lorax, Mack Williams, Myrcella, Randle McMurphy, Razor, Ricardo Caine, Rodan, Ronny Harper, Slick, Samuzzo Amatuna, Side Glance,Wesley,

Each and every single one of them contributed in some way. So now to the details, give us the how he fell, well curiously enough the first shot fired in the war was by Ferdinand Boccia and in the intervening days he was also the final death knell for Chariz.

It was a cold Chicago evening, people had been primed for days, awaiting Chariz normally retreat to his Atlanta compound, he wasn't playing ball, nerves begun to be shattered. A move must happen now, was it rushed? We believe so as originally It was to be one fell swoop for a Miami regime known for hiding, Boccia fired the shot as he thought Chariz was distracted, not the case the withered Don reacted as he had all too many times, fleeing at once to Miami.

He made calls, reinforcements never knowing that the entire time Inside man Ares was documenting all that went on. He was found in Miami by Don Side Glance shots were fired, Chariz not returning fire as he desperately focused all his abilities on that SAS motto "Head down; flee, hide." It had served them well and Chariz managed to get a safe house, were our heroes now going to be on the back foot?

Not at all, they watched Miami members turn up on the streets, to used to the dominance they had enjoyed they were slaughtered in there masses, their leader informed of it all couldn't lift a finger, a frequent choice by Chariz for what were family to him but merely a mechanism to further life.

As with any SAS war it dragged on, small sorties and engagements all around, until that night, the fateful end of it all, SAS were pumped, but little did they know a busy bee was working away, letting the revolutionaries know just when and where the Miami triumvirate would appear. For only three were left as that prince of warfare Eruzione the cerebral assassin himself had pummelled Don Casper of New York into submission days earlier. Butter wouldn't melt Alex Savaglio showing Don Fred as grisly an end as could be given to a betrayer.

So it was three left, a triumvirate of evil, but alas Miami hadn't read the script, Don Side Glance was lost to the cause, having taken over from first man into the rumble Albert Fish. No one could get a hold of Wesley panic had set in with Boccia locked in Chicago, with Fish recuperating in New York his work done, Side Glance killed, that the mantle fell to Ricardo Caine, Jessica Jones, Harry Winston must have been worrying courageous they were but in comparison to the skill of the rest of the war effort, chances looked slim. Yet like a Hollywood movie, who turned up in a moment of desperate need, Wesley and quickly he set to work on the wounded Chariz.

Chariz in his final moments may come to regret his choice of target, for it proves anyone can be gotten too as it was Jessica Jones who finally peaked through those bodyguards and landed the wound that would rock Chariz, time maybe caught up with him but Wesley then delivered a nearly fatal, bloodied and bruised Chariz fled his last stand, smuggled by the priest to LA his wounds piling up. With Wesley turning his attentions to Glowy it was a death sentence for notoriously frightened Miami Don.

Ferdinand Boccia was perfectly placed now, having been halted in his travel arrangements it was now with the greatest stroke of luck he could make way towards Los Angeles, first shot and last. Let this be a lesson to anyone with the arrogance of Chariz.

However fast, however strong, however fearsome you make yourself, there’s always someone faster, stronger, more fearsome, and the more you fight. The sooner you’ll meet him. No one cheats death forever.

The last to stand was Jodete falling to the smoking gun of Derenzo, after a protracted engagement with Jack Mason & Wesley, Jodete not an original of SAS we may add, but another coward much in the same breath of Glowy, having been with LSM only to take a pass and move over, so that was Jodete, MrFred both betraying leaders to join SAS, Casper suspected for DNA abuse yet again and the doctors I'm told are still on the search for Glowy's cojones with one medical profession stating "We're likely to find the lost city of Atlantis first."

Thus ends the sorry tale of SAS with there children hanging around to spread the poison they lived under, we must treat them as that of children in need of care, to be shown that what they experienced was not the norm, that cheating, lies and base meanness are not what we should aspire too, talk has come of a Commission in the works, an era of prosperity.

In closing
Sayonara SAS
You won't be missed.

THE GREAT U.S.A LAND GRAB
By The Hesitant Squirter

With the chafing stranglehold of Miami gone it seems the world was born a fresh, as everyone and anyone made way to set up expensive headquarters all across the board, never in recent memory has so many leaders popped up in our fair cities with such speed that we didn't know that the mob still had such resources.

with little information on some of the current crop of leaders, we'll try and do our best to narrow down who has which city and what little background we have been able to retrieve on them.

Los Angeles

Family - The Riot Club
Leader - Wesley

One of the leaders before the great rush to re-fill the barren landscape, a young leader to outwards appearances yet the oldest remaining leader with the fall of Miami. Recruitment as we know it is currently very selective due to very small places within the headquarters, a family still in mourning at the loss of Don Side-Glance. Leaked documents within the FBN would have Wesley as the most murderous of the leaders remaining, with many high profile deaths attributed to him and his family. Notable among them being no less than three leaders in John Moss, Director Killer Michael Corleone & the dashing but short lived LSM leader one Marketos.

A city most experts would judge to be a centrepiece in the coming months alongside Boccia's Chicago as the two oldest families left in existence.

Chicago

Family The Broadway Bandits
Leader - Ferdinand Boccia

Did he or didn't he? Hushed voices is all we hear about the Kebab King of Windy City, the slayer of Chariz, the hero of ages. Does Ferdinand have the "juice" now as they call it on the street, is it a moniker he would even like? Not a man who ever sought the limelight, the Broadway Bandits was a family thrust into his hands after Rocky Graziano's Ill advised alliance alongside the very man Boccia would come to end. A family left with its upper structure in tatters Boccia somehow managed to steer the ship from sinking, with the solid foundations Graziano had laid himself. Ferdinand has nurtured a family almost unrivalled in power.

That was how it would be, but alas in Ferdinand's finest hour, with Chicago a bustling metropolis of organised crime his children have now flown the nest filling the many vacant cities left. Strengthening organised crime across the land while weakening his own position, or is it the move of a grand puppet master, strings still attached those he sent forth? Having suffered the loss of Rodan and Caitlin, Chicago do have availability although no doubt it will fill quite fast with many young men seeking the fame & glory of serving under the hand that slayed a monster.

New York
Family - 107th Street Mob
Leader - Albert Fish

A prodigal child of the Bandits mafioso factory, Fish has docked in New York taking as his Consigliere a Chicago veteran in Slick with him, the transition hopefully will run into no complications as Casper had certainly lived up to his name in his control of the city, with many New Yorkers citing that they didn't actually know any mob controlled their city these past few months. With one notable source saying when questioned. "Casper was the leader? We'd have been better sticking a fedora on a brush, it would have had more presence."

Recruitment within New York seems to be going at a steady pace with some rumours that a wild child with distant relations to the Pantella family tree has found a home there, any concerns with Fish's ability to protect his young family were quickly squashed after reports of his systematic demolition of Borgias and the vacant looking Dr Jekyll. A war hero Albert Fish is that the man they say loosened up Chariz before Ferdinand finished him off.

Atlanta
Family - Bash Bros Inc
Leader - Ares

The spy who seduced us, the finest actor of his day some would say, others and noticeably behind his back would call him a devious snake, what cannot be denied is Ares took on a job many others would fail spectacularly at, yet he dug in. Worked his way through the monotonous ranks of the Miami family and lit the match that would see the toppling of the SAS group. His prize for those selfless acts is his own headquarters in a central location Atlanta, already his recruitment has been quick and sharp taking on the highly desirable Randle McMurphy formerly of Boccia's Chicago outfit. Others have been quick to flock to him, showing that even the whispered criticisms of him fall on death ears.

Places within his headquarters are said to be competitive with an abundance of talent being swept up, a man named for the God of war yet his pistol remained holstered throughout it all. Hopefully a sign for the future as its discussion we need to grow, not warfare. Just let us hope he doesn't go the way of his former leader.

Dallas
Family - Diamond Cutters
Leader - Jack Mason

Jack...Diamond Cutters....it's almost enough to sweep me into Misty eyed memory, while Mason may share first names with the former leader, we'll be very interested to see how this reincarnation of the family goes, recruitment we would imagine will be highly selective as the members of old were known as a hardy and drilled bunch. Already Mason has taken onboard the highly skilled Alfie Solomon's as his consiglerie and it's a duo that should steer Dallas into an era of prosperity with no small amount of hi jinks too.

Will the children of Wolf, Escher and the numerous Miami slain come seeking vengeance against Mason? Only time will tell, to outward appearances he is dealing with the role very well and sources indicate he'll be vigilante in punishing any who dare come to dance. In all likelihood Jack's biggest threat may come from the FBN agents as a known thrill seeker his family will be hoping he rests that pistol for a time.

Detroit
Family - The Dead Men
Leader - Harry Winston

Another re-used crew name pulled from a murky past, it would seem Harry Winston lacks even base originality, I've never been a fan of part ll myself, the reunion tours never seem to go as well, a little bit about Winston he started out with the leather clad Motorcycle club out in Nevada, Dark Wolf leading them, he passed through the ranks swiftly without actually really doing anything. At some point engineering a temporary takeover as Wolf was shipped of to Boccia in the hopes that being around a real mob family would see him attain the rank of Consiglerie.

Roy DeSoto, Dark Wolfs childhood friend was murdered under Winston's watch, as a war was going on it could be forgiven that he could have just been caught in the wrong place, reports in the FBN beg to differ with Winston apparently giving his express permission to allow it to occur. With one Razor considered the main culprit. Suddenly Nevada was left alone as Winston made the journey to go under that great nurturer of talent in Ferdinand Boccia, it was here that Winston was to be put to the test in the SAS war, while a loud advocate of killing we're told and always talking a big game, Winston's involvement turned out to be little more than a few small skirmishes, with no real threat to his life.

Recruitment within Detroit has seemed to be a select few of returning Dead Men and loyalists to the Detroit city, but Winston has privately said bloodline will not assure a place, hard work and commitment will bring its own rewards. Influential former citizen Damien Thorn has given Winston his backing and with such a shrewd man on the team, it's possible he has seen something we haven't.

Many others of the new auths have considerable reason as to why they were allowed, Winston seems to have nothing of these laurels, let us hope it has not just been merely back room dealing that has led to this auth, but that there is more to the eye and The Dead Men are a positive appointment.

Miami
Family - NA
Leader - Alex Savaglio

Too pretty to be a criminal? Too friendly by far to be a mobster? Well then you've already sunk into that quick sand, we're here to offer a branch out. Do not be mesmerised by this mans easy demeanour, watch how the smile never quite reaches the eyes, how that embrace instead of warming you. Chills you right to the bone, yes Chicago's fresh faced Savaglio has barely had a crime pinned on those delicately manicured hands.

A friend to all you'll rarely find a voice of dissent in the mans direction, but a task force has already compiled some pretty damning evidence the so called "MJ Dossier" we had our own copy delivered to our desk, opening it up we were left shocked, it was like a CIA manuscript, blacked out lines everywhere, what little we could find was that he is literally connected everywhere, any major play in the last few months. He's had a handle on it, how influential he has been will be up for debate. But his especially close links with a shadowy group referred in the document as "The Canadians" shows this will not be a man to be trifled with, reputed links with the children of former "Dead Men" has the spidery Savaglio ensnaring all in his wicked web.

Keeping in character, this shadowy master planner has crippled the former Atlanta regime almost single handedly killing Don Fred a notorious turncoat but apparently a gunner of some renown, that was until he faced Savaglio, 101 on hitting ended up in Fred's exclusion, permanently. Yet hasn't had the air time of such other ruthless killers as Wesley, Fish, Mason, Boccia. Are people afraid to come forward about the heavily connected Alex? At each and every turn where we tried to dig deeper, we were met with frightened looks, hushed voices and many a slammed door from wildly haired women.

Who would be so bold a man, so confident and assured in themselves that with Chariz finally dead, he planted his flag right in the former Don's backyard. Was this the beginning of a claim for the Capu di tutti, or was it merely a confirmation of what many already knew, that Savaglio was Keyser Soze, the boogeyman and most certainly the most ruthless planner of his day?

Recruitment as we know it is non-existent currently, what Alex intends to do next is anyone's guess, but with measured and thoughtful planning you know the trail of bodies that fall in his wake will not shorten.

Las Vegas
Family - Riot On The Strip
Leader - Kanan

Another of the list we have little background on, a solid performer for Wesley and close friends by all accounts, having worked together for considerable time, Kanan's father having served his time under the Los Angeles leader also. He made his way out to Las Vegas with the now deceased Don Side Glance, so his motives weren't initially for leadership, but like Boccia it has now been thrust into his hands, already Kanan has made sure people know what he's doing by getting into the streets.

Rules currently in Vegas are non-existent but as Kanan finds his feet we'd imagine he would look to impress upon visitors in the future, never too far from his accomplice in arms, we currently do not know their whereabouts and documents from the FBN would only reveal a codename one "цукор" As sweet on the eye as her codename suggest many would say, but a violent temper is known to lurk beneath that pleasant appearance.

Recruitment is currently open in Las Vegas and let's hope Kanan doesn't fall as ill as the former leader, who was known for his frequent forays to the cities medical units for weeks at a time.

Denver currently is the only city that lays empty, how soon it will be filled we do not know, already these men are being touted as on the cusp of forming a new commission, one the likes of our community only hear of in myth, or will they degenerate into bickering and angst before they can seal the deal in the wax of there rings? Only time will tell prosperity is a must, they say fighting together creates a deep bond, let it be so as we return to a time of hope.

We suggest to many of our readers to choose wisely now when committing to certain leaders, as position is now limited and with the world returning to a closed books outlook, now more than ever you're gonna to have to earn those stripes.

THE MIAMI TAPES
By Codename Deepthroat Dewey

I'd come to the hotel, suite no 230 nervous at the assignment, it was going to be some really sensitive stuff played back to me, the man who had went deep undercover, sat legs crossed a cloud of smoke obscuring his face as he chain smoked cigar after cigar, the tape recorder sat on the table, I'd be playing back wire taps of a sensitive nature, names were to be obscured to prevent any cases of libel. Our information for the duration of this small look into a degenerate crime family will be in small bursts each issue as I fear it could all be too much at once for our readers.

We clicked the button as the voices started, this was his initiation into the inner sanctum where we would come to get most of the information we now have.

1:07 AM -Bama: Yeah I see that, you still around Atlanta

Already early on we are shown that you'd have to be a psycho to fuck with these guys, at this point at time how did you feel around them?

Bama : I knew I was in there for one reason only, to get information, to nail these sick fucks to the ground, I feel no pity or remorse about where they ended up, I share no brotherhood with any of them and quite frankly it made my skin crawl.

Ok, let's play a little further.

3:18 PM - Baguette: Now*

1:51 PM - Pin: Send Angel the pics to vote on
1:51 PM - Angel: La la la la

As we can see here already in your short time that Pin was advising to use false remorse as a way of overturning a lengthy charge labelled against Proxie, a city steeped in lies from the off and you often spoke of the awkward sexual talk in the channel at times too, how did it all make you feel?

Bama - Well it only confirmed the very reason why I was in there in the first place, we knew the system was being played and while Proxie was alluding to being shut out, as we carry on further you'll find he seemed to know a lot going on, with his limited range of influence and was very much a big player in all the happenings. As for the other stuff, I'm a married man and don't lack the attention many of the others seem too, so while they would eat it up, I couldn't really say I ever gave it all much notice.

We were cut of at this point as Bama is a busy man but we have arranged to meet again to go further into the depths, this is but a mere tease of what's to come.

CONCERNED LEADER OR RUTHLESS ASSASSIN?
By Maximum Mistiness

One name that kept appearing on the desktop of our many reporters here was one Jack Mason a man known in the FBN for his quick tongue and even quicker trigger finger, so we did some digging. An unassuming figure in his early rise and notable as the only man to walk away from John Moss's now defunct Unknown family. Rarely are passes given out in this land when it comes to competing mob families but with Mason not a fully fledged member it was understood that he could walk away and put his considerable talents to use elsewhere.

He then moved to Chicago, with new rising mob figure Ferdinand Boccia, one of the few remaining remnants in the city after the death of Rocky Graziano. It was at this time a spate of murders in the upper north side were attributed to him, a man who did his job. Or was it a case of a man who enjoyed his work too much that he took it home with him.

Escher was to be his first very high profile victim, a reclusive sort out of Detroit with a small family of his own, peace had been brokered they said, Detroit was to take a back seat no involvement and Escher would be left alone, the illiterate Griff was told this but sadly no one translated the mail, he comprehended Escher was on it and went pistol in hand to meet his death, with Griff dead Danny Walsh in a flying rage landed and was just as quickly dispatched. So it fell to Jack Mason, one flight, one shot and Escher was nothing more, avenging friends? Or something far more sinister as it wasn't to be the only crew he snuffed out.

Dark Wolf a crew leader that has a well known fondness for leather and of course a hide and seek champion to rival Chariz, a harmless individual if there ever was to be one, long not involved in any sort of confrontation we still don't know the full details of why Jack Mason chose to end him. But that he did in a thoroughly ruthless fashion, to have snuffed out two families single handedly is some feat, but where does this bloodlust come from, where will it end?

Ferdinand Boccia has now given him permission to start his own outfit in Dallas but already murmurs reverberate around the community, a man who has tasted such success in ruthless fashion, how much can he care for the life of his fellow mobsters? Yet others will paint a picture of a charming and charismatic leader, his door always open to a friend and it need only be enemies who fear that well hidden rage.

One things for certain, Dallas hasn't seen his like in a very long time and we'll follow his family with keen interest, will he turn out to be Jack "The Wise" Mason, or will he be labelled a butcher as he flurries through man to man.

OBITUARY SECTION

With undertakers all across the country bemoaning the fact that the population had remained pretty stable for a time, we’ve now seen an influx of many influential mob figures as the recent war took a vast amount of lives, none more so than the bodyguard union who are said to be furious with their favourite customers. But a death that rocked us very deeply at the Mosquito none other than Side Glance, notable attendees at his funeral were of course reputed mob boss of Dallas, Jack Mason and his contemporary in Los Angeles Wesley.

Funeral for Side-Glance
Born: Sep 11th 15 8:14AM in New York
Died: Jan 31st 16 3:30PM in Miami
Rank: Don

Dearly beloved,
We have gathered today to say our final farewell to yet another victim of violence that plagues our cities.
If Side-Glance had a chance to say some final words before passing. I'm certain they would be...
nice shot

2016-01-31 18:13 - Wesley
This is perhaps the most saddening death I've ever had to deal with. You were with me since I claimed Los Angeles. A brother from the beginning.

You're a pillar of excellence, the reason Los Angeles had so much influence. You'll never be forgotten, Don Side-Glance.

Rest peacefully, my friend.

2016-02-01 05:13 - JackMason
The worst part of this was loosing a man like you. It was befitting as you died to a selfless act. A man of the people, a man who would always gave a helping hand to others, just for no reason. A true gent and player. The world could do with more like you Don Glance, its sad the few we had have been taken away.

Your death was a tragedy in this triumph and one we will never forget.

I hope your son finds me so I can look after him like my own always.

It was a pleasure getting to know someone like you.

Rest Well Don Glance.
